Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 14 days of receiving your items to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received, including all tags and assembly instructions.

  Schedule Collection

  Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time from your address, or you may drop off the package at a designated carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
